Since 1996, I dedicated my practice to supporting the flexibility and alignment of my clients through body-centered approaches. The core of my work is structural integration, which creates the possibility for broader transformations in each of my client’s lives.
My work is a blend of art and science. At heart, I am an educator; I have been a teacher of bodywork, cadaver anatomy, and movement. In everyday language, I am able to communicate the work being done in order to help one apply the changes we have created to the body.
My practice is a foundation for growth, and a laboratory for change. I use the thousands of hours of training in understanding and expanding awareness of the physical body to address your primary holding patterns (physical, mental, or emotional). I provide resources to help create lasting changes allowing more freedom, vitality, and ease in all aspects of your life.

A native of Seattle, Washington Jordan, feels deeply at home among the costal waters and evergreen trees. His journey to Hellerwork Structural Integration began when he graduated from Evergreen State College with a BA in Somatic (body based) Psychology. More interested in the body than the mind, he continued his studies at two yoga teacher trainings. One of these trainings was with Ana Forrest, a yoga instructor well known for teaching and using yoga practices to heal herniated discs, overcome eating disorders, and help burnt out athletes find sustainable movement patterns in their bodies. During this training Jordan realized, even though he was with a great yoga teacher, he still experienced un-addressed restrictions in his body and even exasperated physical issues by his yoga practice.
Jordan then asked an anatomy expert and bodyworker what she thought the best modality was for treating dysfunction in the body, without hesitation she said “Hellerwork Structural Integration”. Upon returning to Seattle, Jordan contacted Dan Christofferson to receive the Hellerwork series. Upon completion of his series he was excited and ready to enroll in the Hellerwork Structural Integration training program. It was everything he expected it to be and more, integrating all the aspects of bodywork, movement, and psychology he previously studied.
As a life long learner, Jordan is in his 6th year of studying personal energy basics. This work helps him to feel grounded, clear minded, and heart centered in his bodywork and life. Jordan enjoys discovering fun and challenging new ways to move his body, including powerlifting, slack-lining, gardening and martial arts. Jordan is in awe and gratitude of the chain of events leading him to be working and mentoring with Dan at Holistic High Performance. He loves both the technical and intuitive aspects of the work, and most of all he loves creating palpable and lasting change in people’s lives.
