Hellerwork is a multi-layered healing technique that utilizes deep connective tissue bodywork to help release tension and rigidity deep in your fascia, thus realigning your entire body. This physical release also correlates with the release of trauma, stress, and deep seated emotions, leading to a feeling of freedom and increased vitality.
During a session, our therapists will show you how to improve your day to day movement patterns, including better ways to walk, stand, and reach so that you can recognize your body’s fullest potential.
